To gain access to the Belfast Harbour Restricted area we will now need provide the information given on this form to the Access Pass Holder Information Distribution System (“APHIDS”) which is a government register of individuals who have access rights to restricted areas at UK Ports. This is a joint Department for Transport (DfT) and Home Office (HO) service to strengthen national security in the most secure areas of the UKs Ports and Borders.
